PEACE LOVE AND REVOLUTION was born out of one line, “You call me a fag but I call myself queer.” The world has always been on fire, but now, we are seeing it in real time and some of us are waking up! I try to challenge my perspective and look at things through a new lens - sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes indifferent-that’s allowed me to stay teachable and grow. Through music, is my way to talk about what’s going on around me - these days it’s impossible to keep my mouth shut! PEACE LOVE AND REVOLUTION is an airing out of grievances and holding others accountable. It’s an album written for the workers-pointing out injustice and asking my fellow comrades to unite. My hope is it might spark a flame in someone’s gut who otherwise has given up or doesn’t know where to start.
